This means that subscription charges appear on your bank statement from Lemon Squeezy, and refunds are credited back to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy. For questions about a specific charge, please contact us at support@monetoli.com and we will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf. --- ## 2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee Monetoli offers a **14-day money-back guarantee** on all new subscriptions and on each renewal — no questions asked. - **Monthly plans:** 14 calendar days from the billing date of each monthly charge. - **Annual plans:** 14 calendar days from the billing date of each annual charge (including renewals). To request a refund, contact us at support@monetoli.com within the applicable 14-day window (see Section 5 for instructions). After the 14-day window has passed, charges are non-refundable. **EU consumers:** This guarantee meets or exceeds your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Service Discontinuation If Monetoli discontinues the Service entirely before the end of your paid subscription period, you will receive a **pro-rata refund** for the unused portion of your subscription, calculated from the date of discontinuation to the end of your paid period. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will **not** be issued in the following circumstances: - Requests made after the applicable 14-day refund window has expired - Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our [Terms and Conditions](https://monetoli.com/terms) - Requests involving fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks already initiated - Upgrades or downgrades between subscription tiers mid-cycle (these take effect at the next billing date) --- ## 5. Partial Refunds We do not offer partial (pro-rata) refunds for cancellations within an active subscription period, except in the case of Service discontinuation (Section 3) or as required by applicable law.
